Know where the tires are
Tell the shop whether the tires are stored with you, at the shop, or with another storage provider. Confirm whether they are already mounted on wheels because that changes the work required.
Confirm the full appointment
Ask whether the booking includes inspection, installation, balancing, pressure checks, and storage. If a tire may need replacement, mention it before the appointment so the shop can discuss options.
Save the result
Record which tire set was installed, the odometer reading, and any recommendation the shop made. That gives the next seasonal appointment a clear starting point.
