WrenchFinder helps drivers discover and contact independent shops. It does not diagnose vehicles, supervise repairs, or guarantee shop information or outcomes.

Independent businesses
Shops control their businesses and are solely responsible for their staff, facilities, licences, insurance, diagnoses, estimates, repairs, vehicle custody, warranties, invoices, and legal compliance. A listing or aggregate rating shown in a profile is not a WrenchFinder endorsement, certification, or guarantee.
Listing information
Services, starting prices, locations, contact details, and other profile content may be supplied or approved by shops and can become inaccurate. Users should verify material information directly with the shop before travelling, authorizing work, or paying. WrenchFinder does not currently accept public reviews or independently verify every profile field.
Prices and appointment times
A “from” price is not a quote. Vehicle condition, diagnosis, parts, labour, taxes, shop supplies, calibration, and related work can change the total. A preferred time is a request and not a confirmed appointment until accepted by the shop.
Search order and availability
Current results use the available shop and service data and are not sold as sponsored placement. Homepage shop spotlights come from the same active-shop source and are not a paid rank. The marketplace does not query a live shop calendar. Displayed order, active status, or a request form does not prove that a shop can accept a particular vehicle, service, or time.
Automotive and editorial content
Articles, maintenance guidance, VIN decoding, reminders, and service descriptions are general information. They are not a diagnosis, repair instruction, engineering opinion, warranty determination, safety certification, or recall confirmation. Consult the vehicle manufacturer and a qualified technician.
Third-party services
Maps, directions, VIN decoding, shop websites, custom domains, and telephone or email services may be supplied by third parties under their own terms and policies. WrenchFinder is not responsible for an external service outside its control. The current request flow has no WrenchFinder payment checkout.
